The company specializes in appraisal valuation and helping homeowners throughout Connecticut buy and sell their homes at a cost that fits their needs. Kevin Costa is the owner/broker/appraiser of Koss Real Estate, LLC.  Kevin is a licensed real estate broker, a certified general appraiser and has been appraising and selling real estate since 2003.  He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2001, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance & minor in Spanish.  Kevin is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute
